Connie, Thank you for the wonderful job you did in planning our itinerary.  The hotels were very nice and wonderfully located.  The train travel went off smoothly.  I would have liked more time to explore both Vienna and Salzburg. Our only complaint was the weather!  It was unseasonably cold and windy.  Salzburg received 5 inches of snow when we were there.  The flowers that had been planted in Mirabelle Gardens were covered the next day! Dear Connie, our holiday was fantastic!! We loved our skiing in Zell am See - gorgeous little village and the skiing was good. All the arrangements that you did for us were great, thanks very very much. The hotel in Vienna was very nice and friendly and helpful and the Salzburg Mercure was just that extra special hotel - bigger room area, fridge etc. in room and their breakfasts were superb. We really loved Austria and would recommend this holiday to everybody. Thanks again for your outstanding service and patience with our booking. We will certainly make use of your service again later (July) when we want to travel to Paris & Italy - that is if you cover these countries. Regards, Michelle B.
